    YES. We can provide electronic security systems to work with any type of infrastructure setting. i.e., Homes, Small Business Enterprises, and Industrial /Commercial.
  • Do you all provide wireless installations?
    YES. We can offer wired or wireless installations.
  • How do I set my alarm?
    Each individual system has its own alarm setting sequence. For your particular system, please refer to your security system manual.
  • Why would my cameras or alarm system go "down"?"
    Your residential electronic security systems are connected via your home Internet. If you are having issues with your security system(s) being offline, it could be due to two possible reasons: Either the power was lost or the WIFI signal has failed.
  • Can I replace my remote /key-fob?
    Customers can purchase replacement key fobs from SafePro Solutions; however, a service technician is required to program the key fob.
  • How do I reset my alarm panel's history after an alarm event?
    You may want to clear the keypad display history after an alarm event. The process of resetting your keypad varies from system to system.
  • How do I add additional cameras or sensors to my system?
    If you are interested in incorporating additional equipment into your security system, please contact us and a sales representative will be in touch shortly.
  • Does your company offer an "Emergency Response"?"
    We currently offer an Armed Emergency Response to specific geographic locations throughout the island. Please contact us for more information on if your area is currently covered.
  • How do I replace the batteries in my alarm system peripheral devices?
    Peripheral devices, such as smoke detectors, motion sensors, and door and window sensors will eventually require battery replacements. SafePro Solutions Limited offers affordable maintenance plans /packages to ensure the continued functionality of your system. We check battery power levels, contact functionality, and any other potential issue which may occur.
  • Can the cameras see anything at night?
    Our cameras are industry standard, 2MP to 8MP, 1080P upwards and offer audio and night vision capabilities.
  • Can I see my cameras or receive alerts on my cell phone?
    All of our systems offer remote view or alerts, allowing for immediate knowledge of what's going on at your premises.
  • Can my family have access to viewing the cameras?
    Our camera systems are capable of being shared with whomever is your personal preference.
  • How long does the process take to install an electronic security system (CCTV, Alarms, etc.)?"
    Each installation is a custom install, we primarily are able to give a quotation after a site visit by our technical and operations team(s).
  • Do you offer custom installs, packages or solutions?"
    At SafePro Solutions, we take immense pride in our electronic installations, we know that each home, office, business or industrial building has its own list of challenges, we therefore take all aspects of security into consideration, and develop solutions customized to your need.
  • Do you offer off-grid solutions (Underdeveloped Locations)?
    We do our best to offer affordability balanced with efficiency in our systems, bearing this in mind, areas with limited to little electricity and communications may incur above average costs.
  • Payment Methods?
    We accept LINX, Bank-Transfer, Direct Deposit and Company cheques are taken on a case-by-case bases.
  • Can my CCTV system see at night /low light levels (Night Vision)?
    Your newly installed CCTV system is industry standard, meaning that no matter the model camera, they all have Night Vision capability. Allowing viewing during very low light environments.
  • What phones does the CCTV mobile app work on?
    The CCTV system’s app works on most current android and iOS devices, including Tablets, I-Pads and certain streaming devices*. *App functionality can vary by Operating System on Devices.
  • Is my information/business particulars confidential?
    Being a Security Company to the core, SafePro Solutions Limited, takes clients’ information quite seriously, ensuring that any and all client data is handled and stored, if necessary, under the strictest guidelines and using the highest levels of security encryption technology available.
